Alliterations Are Awesome.

Nine nimble noblemen nibbling nuts.

Cool. Cool cool cool.

OK, that one wasn't really an alliteration.

I guess I'm done.

Oh?

Are you still here?

You should check out the rest of the page.

Go on.

Seriously?

Why are you still here?

There's nothing up here.

There's more interesting stuff down there!

I promise.

Just go ahead and scroll down.

I know you know how.

OK, fine.

Stay up here.

I don't care anymore.

.

Oh, come on!

Fine, I'll just start over.

Biomedical Engineer.

Computer Engineer.

Eagle Scout.

OK, really?

It's just gonna be the same stuff again.

Please.

Just scroll down.

Please.

Please.

Just do it.

Please.

Please.

Pretty please.

Pretty please with cherries on top.

And chocolate chips?

And whipped cream?

OK, you win.

I'll start over.

For real, this time.

About Me

About Me

Hi there! My name’s Warren. I’m a computer engineer and biomedical engineer from the New York City area. Math and science are more than a passion for me — they are a way of life. I also enjoy hiking, skiing, music, camping and board games.

I see the human body as an engineering marvel that we can use to inspire new technologies outside of biology. At the same time, I believe we can use computers and electronics alongside biology to augment health care.

I’m an easy-going guy, a hard worker and a good team player, and I love meeting new people. My goal is to find solutions to vital, vexing problems, and I always, always strive for excellence.

Experience & Education

Experience & Education

I am a software engineer with a strong foundation in both computer and biomedical engineering, holding dual B.S. degrees from Rutgers University. With over eight years of industry experience, I have developed a technical portfolio spanning large-scale data systems, cybersecurity, and full-stack web development. Currently serving as a Lead Software Engineer at the Naval Information Warfare Center, I lead a DoD-wide cybersecurity automation initiative, overseeing engineering efforts, interfacing with key stakeholders, and driving feature development end to end. My leadership extends to mentoring a team of engineers while shaping the technical roadmap for critical defense infrastructure.

Prior to my current role, I contributed to data infrastructure and network analytics at Comcast, where I spearheaded testing and CI/CD integration for software aggregating data from over two million devices. I also previously served as a cybersecurity SME for the U.S. Navy, where my team patented a cybersecurity automation tool now in operational use. My skill set includes Go, Python, and C++, alongside frontend and cloud technologies such as Vue.js and AWS. Projects like Camply and a COVID-19 predictive model highlight my ability to bridge technical implementation with practical problem-solving.

In my spare time, I volunteer with the Boy Scouts and various STEM outreach programs and events, such as the Navy's STEM outreach program and the New York Maker Faire. I also enjoy a variety of video games and board games, and have competed in the Magic: the Gather North America Regional Championship.
